The Space

Most people who come here aren't falling apart.  They're holding everything together.  Days move quickly the mind keeps working even when the schedule stops.  The body carries more than it realizes.  


Over time that constant readiness becomes normal - tight shoulders, shallow breath, restless sleep, lingering pain, a mood that never fully lands.  


This isn't a place that asks you to push yourself harder or improve yourself. It's a place to practice letting the nervous system soften so life doesn't have to be carried alone inside the body.  


Some arrive here because something hurts.  Other arrive because nothing feels wrong - yet nothing feels settled either.


Both belong here.
